Making a really good seafood dish one day, then next time, I make “boot fish” (so tough and rubbery it’s like eating a boot).

I’m not sure.  That is sad, I can’t think of any achievements…:(

To be able to buy a cup of coffee without checking my  bank balance.

Take a nap when you need it.
